Meet our Chairman Rodney Harpur. Rodney hails from South Africa where he has been involved in many businesses ranging from insurance and medical aid to logistics. Rodney’s leadership is characterised by a rare blend of wisdom and unwavering dedication, we are very fortunate to have him on board guiding us as we grow.

Seth Booysens

Introducing our Sales and Marketing Director - Seth Booysens - Seth comes from South Africa but has been living in Christchurch New Zealand for 2 decades and has extensive knowledge and experience of the Stone Industry and has always been interested in Kitchens, Building and renovation type projects both residential and commercial.  Seth is your go to guy for all things technical and product related and most of our existing customers will already know him and see him regularly as he does his rounds on the North and South Islands.

Kerry Vance

Meet Kerry Vance who joined the team in August this year taking on the role of Financial Manger. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers, Kerry’s commitment to accuracy ensures that our financial operations run like a well-oiled machine. Outside of the world of balance sheets Kerry enjoys collaborating with the team and getting involved in all aspects of our projects. We are delighted to have her on board and excited about the growth of our Christchurch team.

Faye Booysens

Meet Faye - also from South Africa and married to Seth.  She joined the business 2 years ago as the administration demands began to increase.  With a background in Large Scale Corporate Events in Johannesburg her passion is administration, communication, planning, logistics and above all, meeting deadlines.  With the new infrastructure at the Stone Group, Faye has taken over the role of all administration, shipping, logistics and basic accounting functions.  Our customers will know her as the voice on the other side of the phone for orders, problems or queries.

Samantha

Introducing Sam, our newest addition to the team! Sam is a recent graduate from the University of Otago, bringing a fresh perspective to our creative endeavours. Her passion for unleashing creativity on social media platforms makes her a valuable asset as we connect with wider audiences. We're thrilled to have Sam on board, and we can't wait to see her innovative ideas in action.

Dylan

Dylan is our freelance photographer and will be working closely with Sam as we become more actively involved on all things Social Media.  He will also be taking some beautiful images of our Quartz Range to include on our website 2024, especially as we start to introduce the new low silica colours during the course of next year.  He is currently a 3rd year student at Canterbury Uni studying finance and loves competitive swimming and playing golf when he finds free time.
